BACKGROUND

HJN International is a company that forges together over 40 years of experience in the poultry industry with modern business, engineering and manufacturing knowledge and experience.

In late 2001 Harrison International Pty Ltd which is a family owned company decided that to best service the needs of their customers its two major business divisions should be separated.

In early 2002 HJN International Pty Ltd was created with Hugh Robinson the Managing Director, HJN International is a financially independent company from Harrison International Pty Ltd. The existing people that worked within the poultry side of the business at Harrison’s have been employed.

FACILITIES

HJN International operates from modern facilities in Wetherill Park, Sydney approximately 30 km’s from the centre of Sydney. The facilities house both the manufacturing and warehouse operations of the Company.

ENGINEERING

The Managing Director of HJN International is a qualified Mechanical Engineer with a Masters Degree in Engineering Management and has worked for over 20 years designing equipment and managing projects with the Steel and Wastewater Industries.

This knowledge and experience in culmination with the considerable in-house industry knowledge allows HJN International to provide a complete engineering service in terms of design, drafting, procurement and project management of small and large scale projects.

MANUFACTURING CAPABILITY

Our manufacturing capability is considerable, we can handle all facets of both sheetmetal and light metal fabrication using modern CNC machinery and qualified tradesman. As well as general assembly, testing and electrical assembly using qualified electricians.

QUALITY

HJN International places the highest emphasis on ensuring that our products and service matches the quality expectations of our customers.

Quality Assurance procedures have been implemented to ensure the quality of finished articles and the testing of assembled equipment.

All incubators installed by HJN International are fully tested and signed off at commissioning with a full Inspection & Test Plan.

OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY

All external work carried out by HJN International Pty Ltd is undertaken with strict Work Method Procedures using qualified personnel, who have been suitably inducted.
