HJN International has a complete range of commercial incubators, from small combined setters and hatchers through to 90,000 egg Multistage machines.

All incubators are designed and manufactured within hjn's premises ensuring that we have complete control over all aspects and can quickly tailor a design to suit a particular customers requirements.

We carry a complete range of commonly purchased spare parts for all machines including the older Harrison machines.

We offer both the older Mechanical Thermostat Control Systems as well the latest in PLC Technology using Colour Touch Screens and intergated Hatchery Management Software.

Single Setters

Our Single Setter Commerical Incubators feature:

• Cabinets made from chemically resistant and easily cleaned Fibreglass sandwhich panels
• Can be supplied with either PLC Touchscreen or Mechanical Thermostat Control System
• All solenoid valves are 24VAC, minimising electrocution risks.
• Machines can be supplied with either V-Groove or Flat Face Castors
• Can be supplied with door windows, with integral black out cover

Setter Model Range

HJN Internationals range of multistage setters can be found in hatcheries across the globe providing excellent performance, reliability and ease of maintenance.

HJN is not standing still though, we are constantly improving the machines incorporating the latest technology and manufacturing techniques to increase their performance and viability in a changing world. We carry a complete range of the most commonly purchased components but have the capability to supply components for machines dating back over 30 years.

Hatcher Model Range

Our Hatcher Model Range feature:

• Cabinets made from chemically resistant and easily cleaned Fibreglass sandwhich panels
• Can be supplied with either PLC Touchscreen or Mechanical Thermostat Control System
• All solenoid valves are 24VAC, minimising electrocution risks.
• Auxiliary air circulation handled via pneumatic air cylinder for fast and easily serviced operation
• Machines can be supplied with either V-Groove or Flat Face Castors
• Can be supplied with door windows, with integral black out cover
