Lubing Water Quality Guidelines

Lubing recommends that each nipple drinker user ensures that the water quality conforms to the requirements, Please note that you should flush thoroughly at least once between flocks.

Lubing Fogging Systems

The Lubing Top Climate System was developed for an effective humidifying, cooling and dust binding of the house air. It works according to the principle of the direct evaporative cooling.Through high pressure nozzles water is injected into the house air with a pressure of 70 bar as fog. The fog evaporates immediately and thereby it extracts heat energy from air. So it comes to a cooling of the house air. The ventilation rate can be throttled and saved by this cooling effect energy. At the heating period and after the arrival of young animals the LUBING Top Cliamte System is used for the rise of the humidity to the optimal value.

Floor Watering Systems

The central element of the floor-watering system is the TOP Nipple, that ensures an optimum flow for every age of the animal. The combination of TOP Nipple and Drip Cup ensures a dry manure. The right height depends on the size of the animals.

Medicators

The main water supplies from LUBING include all components which are needed for an optimal water supply include, the water meter, the pressure reducing valve, the water filter and the medicator.

These single components are interconnected by flanges and allow an easy and fast exchange of components. For fast and problem free installation and removal in the house all components are fastened on galvanised metal bracket.

The medicator works with out power and is integrated into the main water supply. The water pressure acts as starting power. The medicator sucks the concentrate (medicine, vitamins, etc) out of the mixer, measures out the required percentage of the dose and mixes it together with the incoming water in the mixing box.

This solution will be carried into the drinking system. The dosage is constant and proportional to the water quantity also at possible pressure and through fluctuations.

Egg Curve Conveyors

For layer farms of all sizes the conveyor system is of crucial importance. Variations in battery arrangement as a rule always require a tailor made engineered solution.

Egg Curve Conveyors work on the following concepts:

• Maximum operational safety and minimum maintenance.
• A unit construction system with elements designed to cope with any imanginable spot requirtements, all kinds of curves, heights and distances.
• onveyor belt widths of between 200 and 750 mm.
• Capcities ranging from 15,000 to 65,000 eggs per hour.
• Ideally economic , relying on as much technology as necessary.

VDL Chain Feeding

The separate hopper type SHT-1D with content of 100 litr, is designed specially for aviary systems, where adlib feeding is commonly practised. Becuase of the special construction and position of the feed return wheel in this hopper, no feed is wasted. The return wheel guarantees that the feed is pushed back into the hopper. The hopper can be suspended and supported. This hopper will be used in combination with the direct drive units with speeds varying between 12 - 18 - 36 mtr / min.

Feedhoppers are avaliable in various models, varying from one track to four tracks, single or opposite direction. The capacity of each feedhopper has been designed for the most efficient feeding.

As an optional, an extension can be used to increase the capacity of the feedhopper. Thanks to to its rigid construction, as well as the easy access to all vital parts, among which the shearpin security, the agitating mechanism and drive unit, this complete system is prepared for long life operation.

As an optional separate drive units are avaliable, that can be located at any position in the feeding circuits. The specially designed round shaped corner feedhoppers are the perfect solution for chainfeeding in small poultry houses or for automatic chainfeeding on layercage systems.

The VDL Agrotech chain feeder located at the end of the circuit has a rotoscreen with a special hole pattern for optimal seperation of dirt from the feed. For the high speed feed chain, a feed cleaner with speed reducer has been designed to secure optimal feeding.

Lyon Debeaking Equipment

Every day the Super Debeaker is use by turkey growers, hatcherymen, broiler growers, egg producers, and game bird breeders everywhere. The Super Debeaker debeaks and cauterizes in a single operation. This inhibits bleeding and beak regrowth. Birds usually begin eating right after debeaking.

The Super Debeaker is supplied complete as shown with K blade, standard beak support, and 6 foot power cord. Choose the method of debeaking you prefer. Hjn supplies a full line of Blades, Attachments and Power Units for all types of debeaking, wing notching, and toe clipping.

Mini Vents

HJN International engineers and manufacturers mini vents to customer requirements. Typically mini vents are 1400 mm long by 225 mm deep and fabricated from galvanised sheet steel with X Grade Styrene Insulation on the Door Assembly. Smaller or larger vents can be easily designed and manufactured to suit a particular installation. We manufacture in-house our own awning pulley used for the mini vents and can provide a cometitive quotation for the mini vent winches and associated equipment.

Egg and Manure Belting

Polyester Belts - These are high tenacity polyester woven belts which offer a good resistance with a low elongation. These are very soft belts and they adapt themselves to the collection channel. All polyester belts can be woven in different ways: herringbone, plainweave or tied tubular, in widths from 50 mm to 700 mm and they can be personalised.

 

Jute Belts - One of the principal characteristics of jute belts is the capacity to absorb the eggs breaking without dirtying the others during transport, thanks to the naturalness of the fibre. The jute belts can be joined by glue or seam. Our supplier produces 3 types of jute belt.

 

 

Polypropylene Belts - These belts are able to guarantee an absorption of the eggs breaking and also the cleaning of the other eggs during transport, this is possible because its a woven belt. The polypropylene yarn is extremely resistant to bacteria and funguses without particular additional finishings and it also resists to the action of acids and alkali. The polypropylene does not absorb water and does not retain humidity, for this reason the polypropylene belts is not affected by climate or sudden changes in temperature. One of the characteristics of these belts is the possibility to wash them in cold water. The polypropylene yarn is stabilised with UV rays and treated with antistatic so it doesn't attract the dust. The polypropylene belts can be joined sewing or soldering them by ultrasounds.
