HJN International Pty Ltd has recently purchased a state of the art Water jet Cutter for the purposes of prototyping and accurate manufacture of components. We can handle sheets up to 3000 mm long x 1500 mm wide and cut with an accuracy of motion of ± 0,025 mm.

A Water Jet can cut through 150mm thick stainless steel and with its very small diameter cutting stream it is able to produce tight corners with very high tolerances. Water Jet cutting is a "Cold Cutting" process that produces no heat affected areas or burnt edges. These factors mean that there is little or no secondary operation required for most applications.
